All orders will normally be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed and dispatched the same day except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
All orders sent within the UK (except student kits/wholesale bulk deals) will be sent out through Royal Mail 1st class costing £4.99 for p&p.
All student/tool kits/wholesale bulk deals will be sent out through Royal Mail Signed For or courier service costing £7.99 for p&p.
All International Orders are sent through Royal Mail International Signed/Tracked service:

Please allow 7-21 working days for your item to arrive. Arrival of your order depends on where you are and how fast customs processes your order.
NOTE: International Orders – Tax & Import duty
If your order is being sent to a destination not within the European Union, local taxes, import duty and customs clearing charges may be levied upon your goods. This is your sole responsibility and Luxury Looks cannot be held responsible for these charges. We are also unable to refund delivery charges on items delivered outside of the UK.
Undelivered goods returned to us may be the subject of additional postal costs.
Returns & Exchanges
If your product is faulty/damaged in transit, please contact Luxury Looks by phone (+44 (0)7999 502520) or email (email@example.com) within 3 working days of the product being delivered to you and arrange for return delivery of the faulty/damaged product back to us.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any exchange or credit.
In the unlikely event that products are delivered faulty, we will exchange the product or give you a credit. If the item was found to be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose we will send back the original product.
T-shirts: All t-shirts are inspected prior to dispatch. If you are returning a t-shirt due to fitting/sizing issues please follow the above instructions. The t-shirt/s MUST be returned in the exact same condition & packaging they were originally dispatched in from Luxury Looks – unused/not worn/or washed with the clothing tag intact.
We reserve the right to inspect all t-shirts upon return before agreeing to a refund. If there is any signs of the t-shirt being worn/washed/clothing tag removed we will send back the original t-shirt. (See EU Distance Selling Directive below)
As per the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a cooling off period of 7 days to return the ordered product.
NOTE: The product must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Luxury Looks. We will not exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
If you have made an error whilst ordering online, please contact Luxury Looks by phone to notify us about the error asap. Such errors must be notified no later than 24 hours of the order being placed.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent your products, you must do so by phone and confirm via e-mail. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled with no charges applied.
If you wish to cancel AFTER your products have already been dispatched you should wait until you receive your order and then contact Luxury Looks by phone followed by an e-mail to advise which products are being returned. Once your e-mail is received, Luxury Looks will provide return details and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products back to us.
